We are hiring a skilled Webflow Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in no-code/low-code development, with a keen eye for design, animation, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into fully functional Webflow websites
- Customize layouts, interactions, and animations in Webflow
- Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly
- Implement CMS collections and dynamic content structures
- Optimize websites for performance and Core Web Vitals
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers
- Troubleshoot and fix website issues or bugs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer
- Strong knowledge of Webflow Designer, CMS, and Interactions
- Experience converting design files (Figma/XD) into Webflow
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with SEO best practices in Webflow
- Strong attention to detail and UI implementation accuracy
Nice to Have
- Experience with custom code in Webflow (JS, integrations, APIs)
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Airtable, or Make (Integromat)
- Understanding of branding and visual design principles
- Experience building landing pages for marketing campaigns
